The Valley Barge [1] is an unpowered glider. Since it is unpowered, it cannot achieve flight on its own but must be towed by a powered vehicle. In this case, it is towed by the Valley Gunship in the Periphery Campaign.
The Barge holds four passengers, Kai, and all the expedition's supplies [2].
The Barge is able to land and take off from water [3].
